Support requests are submitted via phone, email, or online. A technician then remotely accesses your device and begins the troubleshooting process. If any onsite support is required, a technician will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Pricing is usually a fixed monthly rate unless otherwise requested. Pricing for new networks is calculated based on how many devices (laptops, desktops, and servers) plus an initial setup fee. For existing networks, pricing is calculated based on how many devices plus the complexity of the existing network.

Absolutely no hidden fees whatsoever. We prioritize transparency to the absolute fullest. The only time there are additional charges outside the monthly rate is the purchase of any additional equipment/licenses or any special infrastructure projects outside of the existing support agreement.

We start off by having an introductory meeting and visit. During this, we assess your networks and create an implementation plan. Next, we begin the implementation of our managed IT service by configuring your network and your devices. During this phase we will install any necessary physical hardware & cabling. After everything is installed and configured, we will continually monitor your network and make any necessary adjustments.
